Guest guest
---I went to a very experienced skin doc. He said I had eczema, then later said psoriasis, then said pseudo-psorisasis; then 3 months later, he said I only had very sensitive skin. Use only warm water and mild soap; be careful with lotions and make up.never rub skin; gently wash.My food is moderate... very little spices like chili and no alcohol.I use 3 herbs at a time never more; and take only what I am desperate for in prescribed meds. I had a bout of it when was a puppy, and those sharp little claws didn't help my sore hands at all! I've heard that kefir can help with both excema and psoriasis. You can take it internally, as well as applying it externally, and you get a healthy dose of probiotics into the bargain :-) > > HTH, > and the K9's
