That was the extent of the instructions. I made it and you're right - it

doesn't make that much. Maybe there is a contact email address on the

website and we could ask them. I'll check and let you know what I find out.

hey since everyone seems to be in " search mode " does anyone have a magic

recipe for chest congestion??? I refuse to talke cold meds and raw garlic

isn't helping this time... help me!!! lol

I think I might have included this in a previous post, but I'll say it here

anyway. The sites I looked at seemed to indicate that it's good to drink it

throughout the day. Some said to sip it while others just said to have

several cups of it thorugh the day.

Does your whole barley have the hull on it? Yesterday I harvested

about 20 bushels of barley and the combine didn't expose the grain

like it does wheat and milo. I may not have it set right. Never grew

it, therefore never harvested it before. Anyway I was wondering why

not soak it the way it is? What recipe did you settle on to make the

barley water? I'd roast it at a low temp (maybe 140 or 120F) until

it's not raw. It might burn quickly so watch it closely. Peanuts

(roasted at approx 350F) did that to me once and they tasted burnt.
