Dear Don

Abosolutely, Don!

When I do a detox I am driven on a spiritual level to get rid of the stuff that does not serve me anymore . I liken detox/cleases as "sitting in the fire of self". The first cleanse I ever did I just didnt understand the processes fully and the extreme emotional rollercoaster that I was experiencing. I now embrace such cleanses as a wonderful life tool.

Kindest Regards

No two cleanses are ever the same for anyone person even. They will always be different. There are many reasons for this and one is that each time you cleanse you go a little deeper removing some harder to remove toxins that are going to affect you a little more harshly. Of course the upside to this is that you will be feeling really good afterwards and many things will start to change in your body and life because of it.Hang in there Sylvia, the best is yet to come. Peace be with you both.-- Peace, love and light,Don Quai"Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man."
