Okay everyone here is the procedures for the Sunday Advertising of

natural health related products and/or services. I hope this will make

it easier for everyone and non-confusing.

Sunday Advertising of Natural Health Related

Products and/or Services

This group is about sharing, compassion and helping one another in any

way we can. We believe in helping out another who does not have the

monetary means to obtain that which they need, if and when we can. We

don't expect any recompense for doing this other than it is just the

most humane thing one can do for another. We are all on the same planet

and we all need one another in order to survive fully. Therefore, we

encourage anyone who has excess and wishes to share with someone who is

in need, and doesn't have the wherewithal to obtain, to openly share so

that person may obtain those things that they need to improve their

health and well being.

That being said, every Sunday will now be available for the advertising

of natural health related product and /or services that are for sale.

Horsetrading can be carried on any day as long as the below procedures

are followed. You have the choice of offering to sell, looking to buy,

or bartering and trading for whatever you seek. We will allow the

advertising to be posted to the list, however, all actual selling,

haggling, horse-trading, bartering and trading is to be done off list.

Therefore, there are some procedures that need to be followed by all

concerned.

1. Anyone wishing to sell his/her natural health related product/s

and/or service/s must put into the subject line of their advertising

email (hencefore known as admail), in all caps, "SELLING" so that everyone will know that

you are selling and those who are not interested can move on without

reading your admail. You will have to give a brief description of items,

in the body of the admail, or services that you are offering along with

prices. You will also need to ensure that your url (if you have one)

and email address are prominently displayed so that others may visit

your site and/or email you directly OFF

LIST.

2. Anyone wishing to buy any natural health related product/s and/or

service/s must put into the subject line of their admail, in all caps, "LOOKING TO BUY" so that everyone will know

you are looking to buy. You will also need to place a brief description

of what you are looking for, in the body of the admail, (if necessary)

and will have to make sure that your email address is prominently

displayed so that the purveyors of natural health related products

and/or services may contact you OFF

LIST with what they have.

3. Anyone wishing to barter or trade for any natural health related

product/s and/or service/s or to trade herbs, seeds, oils, veggies,

fruits, etc. must put into the subject line of their admail, in all

caps, "LOOKING TO BARTER" or "LOOKING TO TRADE" so that everyone will

know that you have a wish to barter or trade for something. You will

also need to display, in

the body of the admail, a brief description of what you have to offer

or what you are looking for and do make certain that your email address

is prominently displayed so that others may contact you OFF LIST.

Remember that bartering or trading can mean herbs, soaps, salves,

tinctures, seeds, extra vegetables and fruits, distillers, water

purifiers, dehydrators, services, etc. that are related to natural

health and healing.

If we all act responsibly and follow the above procedures and refrain

from abusing this priveledge then it will continue. Too much abuse and

it will be stopped. Also, please do not include any attachments, this

is for everyone's safety. All attachments are to be sent off the list

to the persons private email account. It will be up to seller and buyer

to decide about attachments sent to personal email accounts.
