Guest guest
WOW , this is So right on! Our first cleanse we did with minimal preparation and kind of winged things as we went along (food, tools, etc). This time we were thinking about it months in advance and began preparing and planning back in August. When the last of the herbs arrived and the last formula put together, we were ready both physically as well as mentally. We have embraced this cleanse as not a necessary evil but as something that will benefit us for years to come. We did not just prepare the formulas, etc. we tried to get the house more in order as well, we got rid of alot of junk and streamlined some of the rooms and the kitchen (no remodeling, just more organization). Although there is some discomfort, it's encouraging to know that we are knocking the cobwebs out of our systems and our lives. I'm actually feeling lots better today (not hubby though LOL) Thanks Don, and everyone else...encouragement is the best medicine during the cleanse ) Sylvia > Dear Don > Abosolutely, Don! > > When I do a detox I am driven on a spiritual level to get rid of the stuff that does not serve me anymore . I liken detox/cleases as " sitting in the fire of self " . The first cleanse I ever did I just didnt understand the processes fully and the extreme emotional rollercoaster that I was experiencing. I now embrace such cleanses as a wonderful life tool. > > Kindest Regards > > from Aussie
