=====================

Really good stuff but getting a little scarce from what I have heard. I

am going to have to do me some research and see how closely related this

is to its cousin Lovage.

Glad it helped you Lynn. Peace be with you.

I would use it only as needed.... like most herbs... all things as needed, all things in moderation.

I agree with you Suzi. Although Osha root is said to be perfectly safe, I wouldn't take it on a regular basis. I took it when I had that respiratory cold but haven't indulged since. I guess it would be ok to take a dropperful or two once or twice a month during the cold and flu season, just as an added boost for the immune system, but I wouldn't take any herbal tincture every single day unless I had a serious chronic ailment or was told to by a reputable holistic medical practioner.

I would use it only as needed.... like most herbs... all things as needed, all things in moderation. Complete or super tonic is "food based"... You want immune system to function on it's own for the most part... to have your body cure itself.. (my opinion)
