===========================

Hi Sara,

First of all, you are most welcome from all of us, I am sure. Second,

all any of us truly have is hope, or should I say faith, belief, trust.

Your friend is going to continue to experience pain until the stomach,

or diaphragm gets repaired (usually requires surgery). However, if he

continues to take it easy, lays off the stimulating foods and beverages

(things that will cause acid reflux, heartburn, hiccoughing, etc), then

his stomach will be less likely to bulge. Another possible solution is

to wrap him, where it bulges, to keep it from bulging. This may or may

not work but is worth a try. Juicing would be best for him for a while,

at least until this problem eases up or disappears significantly.

Fasting will help, and yes will bring on a detox but that should have

not effect on his hernia. If anything, it should help it by eliminating

any obstruction or congestion in that area.

However, I do understand your hesitancy in having him do a fast. So,

best would be for him to do lots of juicing, no to very little solid but

make it very raw fruits and green leafy vegetables. Lots and lots of

water, no coffee or teas or dairy. It is possible that this can be

healed naturally without surgery but he is going to have to give his

body a chance to heal and this will take time. He is also going to have

to give his body what it requires to rebuild tissues and nourish them

(fresh raw fruits and raw green leafy veggies and their raw fresh juices).

As for tinctures. Make an extract instead. I do believe that the process

for making extracts is in the files and if not let me know and I will

send it to you.

I shall keep my fingers crossed and pray for you getting this job. I

know how much you all need it. Hang in there Sara, we will get him back

in good shape yet.

Peace be with all of you Sara.
