It is not a problem in the least. Fruit sugar, straight from the fruit itself and not processed fruit sugar, is very natural and your body knows perfectly well how to deal with it, unlike refined sugars. If you have already done a bowel cleanse I wouldn't worry about using the IC #1 & 2. During the juice cleanse you will be using prune juice though, as you wish to make certain that you are eliminating what your body dumps. Apple and carrot are two very excellent blood cleansers and help to cleanse the lymph as well. One of the reasons they are so highly recommended for this. No cleanse is easy the first time. However, it gets easier every time afterwards as you already know what to expect. This would be my suggestion and I would not get into mixing a lot of other juices in right now. Lipoproteins are cholesterol. Everyone has cholesterol in their body. It is manufactured in the liver. It also comes from your diet, too much meat and fats and wrong oils. You might also consider doing a liver cleanse to open up your bile duct. The body gets rid of cholesterol through the bile duct and if it is even slightly plugged then the cholesterol must go somewhere. It will either form stones or get passed into the blood for elimination in other ways. Unfortunately, the blood is water and cholesterol is a lipid. The two do not mix at all. The will make your blood more sticky eventually raising BP and plugging up your arteries. Cleansing is the only way of getting this back down along with dietary changes. Juice cleansing is a very good starting place. Do make sure you are drinking lots of RO or distilled water with fresh lemon in it. Lemon helps to dissolve gall stones (which are made out of cholesterol) thus helping to open up the bile duct and lessening congestion in the liver. The Master Cleanse is an excellent cleanse for the whole body. No total body cleanse is easy. Well, okay, actually they are all very easy, we just make them hard by our thoughts, fears and feelings. No matter which way you choose to handle this, eventually you are going to have to make dietary changes and do some serious cleansing. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
