What else can I add to this solution? I don't want to burn his nose being that it's already very tender. I have a tincture of Echinacea and of course garlic but I'm wondering if the alcohol would burn his nose? This man is really a work in progress LOL! Guest guest
Some warm saline solution to wash out his sinuses would be good. I do that in the shower in the morning when I'm feeling congested. I bought saline this time, and can't remember the proportions....but maybe 1TB to a cup of water? Sea salt, of course.... LOL Course I only stumbled on it by accident and I don't use it this way because I am never stuffed up. But it works and works really really well. And when you are not snorting it you can use it on your salads, pizzas, or anything else you might enjoy some heat on. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Must be the combination of garlic, horseradish, vinegar, ginger and the cayenne. Sure fire way to find out just how much mucus your sinuses do hold and the pun is intended. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
