Cut out any meat, dairy, processed foods and eat only fresh organic fruits and vegetables. Do lots of cleaning, bowels, kidney, liver, etc. No reason to freak out. Drink lots of distilled or RO water with lemon in it too. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Some are and many aren't. It really isn't hard to understand what is best for you once you totally understand the human body and how it actually works. Nobody needs to eat meat. Nobody. There is no need in any persons body that they need to consume dead flesh. Your body cannot even utilize what is in meat anyway. Man is not a carnivore, never was and never will be. The human body is not built that way. This whole concept of blood typing and diet the western version of ayurveda and the three doshas. Neither are meant to live your life on because you will live a not too healthy one if you do. Unless you totally understand the human body and how it truly works. Eating flesh creates mucus in your body. Your body can only get rid of so much mucus at any one time. The rest just gets loaded up into your blood stream, interstitial fluids, lymph, cells, tissues, and organs. You will only congest and constipate your body by eating mucus forming foods. This is what causes the dis-eases. Excessive mucus and toxins from wrong diet and living. You want to be healthy and live long and happy, change your diet to a predominently raw one. Cleanse your body, fast, do juice cleansings and eat raw. Cook nothing. You cook it you kill it and if you kill it and eat it eventually it will kill you. Now there may be some on this list who never deviate from eating totally raw. I don't know of anyone right off the bat, not even me. Yes, I do fall sideways from time to time. Some habits are tough to overcome but not impossible. Baby steps. Take baby steps. Very few people can jump in with both feet and keep their heads above water their first time out. Make it your goal and work towards it. Little by little start changing your diet. Educate yourself. There are so many great raw sites online that go into great detail about making the change and many of them have some excellent recipes too. Whether you believe you need to eat meat for your blood type or whether you believe you don't need to eat meat for your blood type, either way you are correct. It is all choice. Peace be with you . -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Guest guest
I am O positive, and I try to eat mostly raw. No dairy, mainly raw fruit and veggies, sprouted grain breads, rice, beans. That is not to say I am not a sucker for a good rare stake, or some just plain raw marinated steak strips! I also am an advocate for water, lots and lots of water! Elliott <eliz3378@...> wrote: So are most people raw on this list?? I read so much conflicting info. it is so hard to decide what is best for us. Does anyone ever splurge for pizza or dessert? Just curious. Dr. Mercola htinks some really benefit from meat; I am also O blood type indicating that I need more meat. What do you all think? Guest guest
, there is a variety on this list... If you're having problems you need to be totally raw.. once you get your health back you can ocassionally eat organic meat etc... When you are out or go somewhere where you'll be eating other foods, take a plant enzyme and IC #1 before you eat... Suzi Elliott <eliz3378@...> wrote: So are most people raw on this list?? Guest guest
Hi-I would like to eat just raw but a few years ago (5) I stopped being able to swallow alot of food. Dropped 42 pounds before realizing a food processor and blender would help. Now, I just kind of pick through what I can eat (way more than at first). I make salads in the food processor for myself. I'd like to have a juicer but can't afford it as yet.... >From: " Elliott" <eliz3378@...> >Reply-health ><health > >Subject: Re: elevated lipoprotein levels >Date: Sat, 13 Nov 2004 15:50:53 -0500 > >So are most people raw on this list?? >I read so much conflicting info. it is so hard to decide what is best for us. >Does anyone ever splurge for pizza or dessert? >Just curious. > >Dr. Mercola htinks some really benefit from meat; I am also O blood type indicating that I need more meat. > >What do you all think? > > Elliott >eliz3378@... > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: Sharyn Cerniglia > health > Sent: Saturday, November 13, 2004 3:41 PM > Subject: RE: elevated lipoprotein levels > > > For as long as you want to be healthy.<G> > > Sharyn > > > >------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > From: Elliott [mailto:eliz3378@...] > > How long do I need to go raw for?? > >

A person can live on just juices and if you are food processing and blending then you are still getting the fiber. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
