Guest guest Posted November 8, 2004 Report Share Posted November 8, 2004 Thanks everyone for your helpful suggestions. I have already started (a while ago) slowly cutting out all refined sugars. I have found it difficult to cook with stevia though. (this weekend was a cooking/baking DISASTER!). I've also cut out all caffiene and simple carbs (white breads, pasta etc) I am thinking I will start with some ginko, gotu kola, ginseng and perhaps a little valerian (for sedative effect lol). see how that works. Thanks friends, P.S. Slightly off topic...my performance review has come up, and in it, was my " lack of attention to detail " ...Which was frustrating because I try so hard, but I just cannot focus. I don't necessarily want my boss knowing i am ADD, but...should I just let it go and push through? Or give him ONE of the REASONS for my lack of focus? I don't want to hurt my situation. I'm a hard workier, just have immense trouble getting focused, switching gears and STAYING focused.
