Hi Kim,

That really depends on the quantity that you are making. If you are

using a full gallon sized bottle and making it in that then I would go

for a minimum of 1/4 cup of cayenne. More or less to your liking and

heat tolerance though.

If you're using 1/2 cups as a part then try about 1/2 of a 1/4 cup of powder or so... or a 1/4 cup of peppers. <k_frog100@...> wrote:
