Neither of them are any good for the human body. I would also highly recommend the blood cleanser formula in the files. Hot baths with epsom salts and diaphoretic teas will help to get the toxins out of the body through the skin. There is also a formula in there for the bowels too. Lots and lots of fresh juices, freshly squeezed fruits or freshly juiced fruits or veggies. Carrot and apple juices are good for cleaning out the blood and lymph, beet juice is good for the liver in helping to cleanse it. Also massage. Do not overlook massage. If your friend can get massages at least 3 times per week that will help to stimulate the flow of lymph and help to normalize the body's energy. The Kava Kava and Passionflower will help a lot with the nerves. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
