Of course you can... When I make a gallon I guess I use about a third of a cup or maybe a little more... Opps... I see it is under Organic Supplements... as complete tonic... when Don and I re-do or change formulas it will have a "Complete" in front of it... such as complete nutrition instead of total or super nutrition...

Oh yes, I use the recipe in the natural herbal recipes cause I like tumeric as it does alot of stuff.Suzi
