Your blood could be too thick, that is a distinct possibility as most peoples blood is too thick with mucus. You could have arterial blockage or partial blockage from cholesterol/fatty deposits, kidneys could be congested, or it just may be the way you are built (though I tend to doubt that one). I would suggest you do the kidney cleanse and then do some fasting or lots of juice fasting for an extended period. Not all at once, of course, unless you are used to fasting. Regular water fasting I would suggest 3 - 5 day fasts once or twice a month. Juice fasting/cleansing I would suggest you go for several weeks 6 days at a run with one day break and then back on for 6 days. Your not a weak man you just have not made the decision to totally leave the salt and sugar behind is all. It is not weakness it is commitment and dedication to your health. We don't always commit until we know for certain how bad something is for us or how good it can be. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Also drink lots of distilled water and make sure you use fresh lemon juice in each and every glass you drink. Lemon dissolves mucus and allows the body to get rid of it. You can also do the total body cleanse as often as you like. But fasting and juice cleansing are cheaper and work just as well. Fast or juice cleanse one week every month. Watch your diet closely and stick to mucusfree foods. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Guest guest
Mitral valve prolapse will do that too. It’s made worse when you eat a lot of carbs or sugar… can attest to that as I have been eating Christmas goodies and now am having trouble falling and staying asleep due to racing heart. http://www.consciouschoice.com/holisticmd/hmd093.html I have had this all my life but was never dx until I had a major panic attack which they thought was a heart attack and they did a heart cath and and echo. That’s when they found it, other wise they can’t hear it, even after they knew it was there. C I used to feel that too. Turned out to be bronchial spasms. Magnesium deficiency. Duncan
