LOL Go all raw, drink lots of highly purified or distilled water with fresh lemon in each and every glass your drink. You will eliminate a lot of mucus and toxins in the heat just by doing that. This is what I did in Arizona while I was still there. Very good way to cleanse. Like living in a sauna all the time.
