Guest guest
I was wondering if anyone can help me with suggestions for very intense Sinus pain & pressure. I get this almost everyday & it's getting hard to function without lying down until it subsides. A friend of mine gets terrible sinus pain. She started diluting some goldenseal powder (you can just open up the capsules) with water and snorting it up her nose. She said it worked better than anything else she tried. Opened everything right up. Gloria

There are several ways of band-aiding this and one sure cure. You can start taking the super tonic on a daily basis by the tablespoonful, take a pinch of cayenne up your nose (yes it burns, does no harm and will clear out your sinuses), use a neti pot with some celtic sea salt added. You can also utilize some eucalyptus oil in hot water and do a vapor inhalation. Then again you can eliminate the mucus forming foods from your diet, do some juice cleansing or fasting and in time you will rid yourself of the problem once and for all (as long as your continue to eat mucus free foods that is). The idea here is to not suppress what nature is trying to do but to facilitate it and get it out of the body. You have to eliminate the cause and not treat the symptoms. Peace be with you Michele and I hope this helps you. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Then I would strongly suggest you do a thorough body cleanse and re-evaluate your diet. Chemical sensitivities come about because of a sluggish, congested or ill liver. Toxic blood too. Too many environmental toxins and wrong foods and meds. You are going to have to clean house chele. Eventually, you are going to have to clean house or you are going to find yourself in worse shape than you are now in. It is your choice. I am only offering you my thoughts and recommendations. Nice job you have. Great employers. Hang in there chele. We'll help you through this whichever way you choose to go. Peace be with you Michele. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. You are beginning to listen to your body and are having a tough time with making changes. Nobody likes changes. Well, almost nobody. Your body is telling you it is toxic and needs some cleaning done. Your liver especially and your blood. I would suggest any of the cleanses, juice cleansing, fasting, the master cleanse, herbal cleanses, any of them. Pick one and do it. The master cleanse is very good. Fasting is very good. The juice cleansing can do wonders for your body. Get off the decaf as it is decaffeinated using chemicals. Stick with herbal teas. Start drinking lots of distilled or highly purified water with fresh squeezed lemon in each and every glass and shoot for 1/2 to 1 gallon per day. The lemon will help dissolve the mucus in your body so it can be eliminated. It will also help with the gall bladder and liver (as in stones). You should probably do a bowel cleanse followed by a liver cleanse and kidney cleanse. No matter what you do just make certain that your bowels are moving each and every day at least once if not two or three times. Well shoot, this is a start. Give it some thought, take it for a spin and see what you think. Let your body do the talking and you listen. We will be here to help you what ever your choice. Your not alone and you needn't continue to suffer. You can do something about this now that will help you now. Peace be with you chele. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
