You want quick then just a water fast is probably the quickest and most intense for any length of time. Other than that the Master Cleanse would be good but is not quick, as it usually lasts 10 days, and the 3 day juice cleanse is good but less intense than the Master cleanse or water fasting. You drink or eat nothing else. That is it. Just water and as much as you can drink. After all, you need to keep the body flushed and cleansed. A one day fast per week is infinitely better than no fast ever. You bet it would be good, just remember that your diet needs to be clean too. If you are going to be eliminating garbage from the body you don't want to be putting it back in. Peace be with you TerriLynne and Happy Holidays back at you girl. :-) -- Peace, love and light, Don " Quai " Eitner " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Guest guest
I guess it depends on what the purpose of the fast/cleanse is, and what sort of lifestyle changes will be made after the cleanse/fast. Like will the person maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle after the fast, or go back to eating red meat, fast food, no excercise, etc, if that was what they did before the fast. We do the three day juice cleanse every month, and maintain a pretty much raw vegitarian diet, though I love red meat something fierce!!! And we only drink lemon water, never just plain water. Or you can just do a water fast for several day (3 - 5) and finish off with just juicing. Then just stick with the juicing and raw foods until you are ready for the total body cleanse. Should be really good for you. -- Peace, love and light, Don " Quai " Eitner " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. I plan on doing the Total Body Cleanse for all four weeks but I am going to have to wait until the supplies are gathered and my schedule permits. I am getting ready to start teaching a time intensive training class at work that will run from Jan. 10th to the first week in March, and I hope once I am done with that to proceed with the body cleanse. Right now, I’m off work until Jan. 3rd and would like to do a quick but thorough cleanse. __________________________________________________
