The Lobelia works great for asthma but it didnt work as a 'rescue' which is waht i needed at the time. I ended up using an inhaler which i was trying to avoid -but got desparate. Lobelia worked best as a preventative. I added echinacea, habanero pepper, and fresh garlic and that seemed to kick it pretty good. I may have had a touch of pneumonia but didn't go to any dr so I dont know that for sure. Oh, I also drank lots of water, Just plain well water, and a little celtic sea salt. Hopefully i will be able to get some mullein and licorice to add. Carolyn said it would kick it pretty fast and im going to try it. diane in nw mt ================================ Hi Diane, I am glad to hear that you are over the worst of it. You might also try a decoction of valerian with a little cayenne added in next time too. That will help to relieve the spasms and taken with the lobelia tincture should release its hold on you. Peace be with you and hopefully you will find time to do a good cleansing. It really will help you much. ;-) -- Peace, love and light, Don "Quai" Eitner "Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man."
