Very cute. I know you have been plugged up for a long time. My question to you right now is what are you eating and or drinking? Are you drinking lots and lots of water. You should be drinking a minimum of 1/2 gallon per day and preferrably 1 gallon per day (not including juices or any other liquids). Use no salt in you diet whatsoever. Eat only raw fruits and raw green leafy veggies and get back on your IC#1 and stay on it. You may need to lose that organ you keep talking about. The IC#1 will help to break it up and loosen it from the intestinal wall. It will take time though so don't be in a rush. Take enough IC#1 to get your bowels moving and keep it at that level as long as you aren't experiencing diarrhea. Otherwise reduce it some till your feces are formed but not hard. Then stay there. Take this formula 3 times per day, not just once, as recommended by HR. You might also consider doing a juice cleanse or some water fasting. -- Peace, love and light, Don " Quai " Eitner " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Guest guest
Don, Any idea why so much pain? I'm the LAST person to run to a doctor but I was seriously considering it last night! After a couple more hours of hell after I sent that email I had 3 teeny tiny BMs mixed with a lot of blood (at least it looked like a lot in the water). Perhaps I have now given myself internal hemorrhoids? I'm afraid to take IC#1 3 times a day! What if it just causes the pressure to build and build and build but nothing happens? Hmmmmm I still have the instructions to make prune juice saved. I haven't been able to find prunes, though. Shouldn't they be in the fruit section at the grocery store? And on to my next question (I'm all messed up, I'll admit it) when I drink lots of water I get very bloated. I don't pee more than usual (which isn't a lot), I just feel like my gut will explode and it gets noticeably bigger. Then I start to feel sick to my stomach. I'm starting the Total Body Cleanse the second week in January so hopefully this will all stop soon. I drink a LOT of watered down juice, can't say I drink a whole lot of plain water. I'm not a big water fan, but will drink it with lemon since that's so yummy. I just hate to bloat and look like Santa (this problem started when Brock was born). Lately I've been eating more and more fresh fruit and steamed veggies (my last batch I got from the store was frozen in my car so they don't taste good raw) but I put salt on them. Looooooove salt on my veggies. I have to stop that, huh? ~pouts~ I'm thinking today since the pain seems to be gone unless I push on my stomach (so it's still waiting to aggravate me) I'll stick to just " eating " total nutrition in apple juice and raw fruit. Drunken wonder is taking Brock today so I'll spend the day cleaning the apt; maybe that'll loosen some of it up. I've tried rebounding the past couple days but the pain is too much so I'd stop and sit on my rump which I'm sure doesn't help anything move. It really does feel like an organ is going to explode. Candace Children are natural mimics who act like their parents, despite every effort to teach them good manners. ----- Original Message ----- From: " Don Quai " <mysticalherbalist@...> <health > Sent: Sunday, January 02, 2005 2:02 AM Subject: Re: Stomach Pain HELP! > ================================================= > Hi Candace, > > I love your little saying at the bottom of you sig line. It really does feel like an organ is > going to explode. > > Candace ================================== Hi Candace, As to why exactly so much pain I can not answer for certain. There could be lots of reasons. The major thing you need to do is get your bowels moving and keep them moving. Yes, drink as much water as you can with lemon in it. You really do need to do the cleanse thoroughly. Then you should stick with the raw food. Don't quit taking the bowel formula unless your bowels move of their own accord consistently. The muscles tend to go into apathy and quit working. It takes time to cleane out the old stuff and nourish and retone the muscles so that they begin to work on their own again. Have you considered doing an enema? You can do several a day to help clean out the colon. Yes you need to cut waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy down on the salt. Might be why you bloat. Instead of using salt on your veggies try lemon juice. You might also consider some psyllium seed powder or husk say a teaspoonful or two in a glass of water (8 - 12 ounces) and drink on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and before retiring for the night. You can also take two tablespoons of sea salt and dissolve in a quart of water. While it is still warm drink it all on an empty stomach first thing in the morning before eating anything. Also, if you are eating breakfast, quit. Eat only at noon and then your supper. You usually find prunes in packages in the US stores. Though you might get lucky and find them in bulk. Try to get them with no sulphur dioxide added or other preservatives. No you are not all messed up. You are on your way to vibrant health, mental clarity, etc. Be positive. Taking the IC#1 three times a day will not explode you. You will move. How much were you taking before? 10? 20? 8? what? Take the same amount 3 times per day and drink tons of water with fresh lemon added. Cut out the salt and eat tons of juicy fruits (not hard fruits). Also eat lots of fresh green leafy vegetables. No dairy, flour or bread products, no processed foods, no meat, no sugars. Eat nothing that comes from a box or can. Eat all fresh as much as possible. Take a good food enzyme too. Drink lots of water between meals. Up to 1/2 hour before and beginning 2 hours after. This should help you get moving and keep you moving until your intestinal muscles can do the work on their own. Don't be impatient. This could take months and possibly up to a year for them to begin to work properly again. Just be determined and stick with it. -- Peace, love and light, Don " Quai " Eitner " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. What ailments are you suffering from or wishing to overcome? What is your diet like normally? What do you drink? What do you eat? 2 days of raw fruit juice fasting every 5 days can be beneficial. A 6 day juice fast every month would be very beneficial too. Doing a 10 day Master Cleanse would be very beneficial. Not knowing much about you or what you are wishing to overcome and accomplish makes it rather difficult for me or anyone else to suggest and help. Peace be with you JJJ. -- Peace, love and light, Don " Quai " Eitner " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Guest guest
>>Okay so why don't you give us a little history of yourself. What ailments are you suffering from or wishing to overcome?<< __________________________________________ Well, since you asked......most obvious is heart flip flops/pain. I've had that for about 5 yrs starting in my late 40s so I don't know how common it is? The other thing is too much weight and edema. Then there's just a lot of pain -- like in my core. My head, arms, legs and skin don't hurt, but everything else does. So it's not really joint pain, or muscle pain. I'm not sure of what kind of category that pain is in. I've had it since my early 20s, but only when I drank caffeine or too much etoh or nicotine. Now, it's most of the time. Then there's ptsd/panic/excess anxiety to where I get dizzy a lot. Unfortunately, I must have tried every single psychotropic drug on the market, and I suspect one or more of them uncoupled my programmed defenses and left me with panic disorder. From that experience I've learned to have little respect and no trust in the work of most physicians. So I like reading about personal experiences here and what one knows will work for themself or someone they know personally. __________________________________________________

Hawthorne, cayenne, garlic and ginger will do well for your heart and circulatory system. May not handle the flip flops but will help. A good cleanse might just be your answer but I suggest you start out on a small scale of a 2 or 3 day juice cleanse or water fast. Or maybe even a one day fast or cleanse for awhile until you become accustomed to them. I suspect you are going to have an interesting time with the psycho drugs coming out but you will be much better off getting them out of your system. The cleanse will also remove the caffeine and nicotine from your system as well. As for the pain it will most likely decrease and disappear as you progress in cleansing your body and going more towards an all natural raw diet. Suzi mentioned MSM, that may help but as we don't really know from whence your pain originates.....Try it and see. I would also suggest you do a thorough bowel cleanse followed by a liver cleanse too. Very necessary to make certain the routes of elimination are open and the liver is functioning for processing the toxins and helping to clear the blood. -- Peace, love and light, Don " Quai " Eitner " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. The hawthorne usually comes as berries. Over here they won't allow the sale of the berries so all you can get is the leaf. Weird. Pharmaceuticals have a major hold on herbal remedies here in Slovenia. Never believe for a minute that anything is irreversible. If you choose to believe that then it will be irreversible. Through cleansing and proper diet you can rebuild your body and metabolism back to what it was before. All the information is stored in your DNA to put your body back exactly how it was before and if you so choose to believe, you can make it better than it was before. We create our own reality and that includes our bodies. So keep on thinking that it is reversible and really begin to believe in it. It will happen if you believe.
