Please forgive my fau paux. Okay leave the sage out and just make a mullein tea. You can use a tea of mullein, elecampane, and horehound to help break up and release the phlegm from asthma and should have no problems with nursing your babe. -- Peace, love and light, Don " Quai " Eitner " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Strain and drink. Lemon in water will help cut the mucus too and would be a much safer alternative to any herbs whilst breastfeeding. You can even drink it warm or hot if you wish. Very good for this. -- Peace, love and light, Don " Quai " Eitner " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
