As for your question, first off you need to handle the cause of the cysts. This will be your diet. If you wish to overcome the cysts then you need to change your diet, otherwise you will just continue to run into the same problems. Eating a more raw organic diet of fresh fruits and vegetables and getting away from dairy, meats, processed foods and cooked foods will do more for you than any herbs will. However, you can use herbs to help clear the cysts. You can make a vaginal bolus using slippery elm or cocoa butter if you so choose. Then add in any of the expectorant herbs. Licorice, wild cherry, elecampane, mullein, comfrey, marshmallow, chickweed, slippery elm hollyhock, horehound, cramp bark, celandine, etc. There are well over a 100 different expectorant herbs that can be used. Using the slippery elm will provide you with a drawing effect. You can also use castor oil packs over your groin and even a fomentation of 3 parts mullein and 1 part lobelia. All of these will help to break up and remove the cysts. However, the key to remaining free of them is to reorganize your diet and lean more towards a natural raw diet. You may also consider doing a thorough body cleansing, as well. Very beneficial for any kind of ailment. Guest guest
Thank you Suzanne and Don for your suggestions, I am looking into including herbs into my process and your posts were very helpful. I guess I should introduce myself as well! I am a mom of 7, homeschool, raw foodist for about 3 years now (which has been a bumpy ride sometimes, but I'm healing several things so I suppose it's to be expected), herb lover, wannabe gardener, and violinist. I'm in the process of finishing up my first herbal class through Dr. 's home study program. I love raw foods, and have taught a few prep classes. I would love to teach a children's class one of these days. Kids are pretty fun. I am currently doing a 30 day raw food challenge on Ellisa Cohen's site if anyone wants to see my pix ( I take absolutely no responsability for my hair. It has a mind of its own, and since going raw I cant make it behave itself.) http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/photopost/showphoto.php? photo=272 & sort=1 & size=medium & cat=500 Love,
