Feel free to look into the files and search the archives. We are really going to need to know what your current diet consists of (what you drink and eat on a normal day to day basis). You might start by drinking ginger tea and taking cayenne in some form. Both of these will help stabilize your blood pressure. You do need to watch your salt intake, that is true, and if you are using regular table salt then you need to totally discontinue using it. Regular table salt is not good for the human body at any time. Get yourself some Celtic grey sea salt or some of that Himalayan salt and use it instead, just don't overdo it. You can also substitute fresh lemon juice in place of the salt. As a matter of fact, you really should be drinking lots and lots of fresh pure water. Distilled or Reverse Osmosis would be the best choices and add some fresh squeezed lemon to each and every glass that you drink. You really should avoid all meats and pastries too. Stay away from processed foods. Eat much more green leafy veggies and fresh fruits (lots of grapes especially). Drink teas made from parsley and parsley root and ginger. Take hot baths and drink hot ginger tea while in the bath to help open up your pores and allow the water out. The problem I see is that your kidneys are not getting rid of the water as they should be, and if you are using table salt then you are throwing your sodium/potassium balance off.
