Hi Kim,

Why not just put ginger or cayenne in empty capsules you can buy anywhere, or Wal-Mart.

Anything hot, I am worried about with getting DD to take it. My 4 yo son is more likely to take it, he has dad's taste for hot stuff. He'd take Tabasco sauce on his eggs every day at age 2, hasn't looked back since. But DD, she is way more sensitive than I am to such things. She thinks ginger is hot, and it's all I can do to get her to take some for car sickness. I am interested in the discussion about giving kids their ST in apple juice. It may work for her. I can make her take GSE in orange juice, but she still cringes.

Why not put GSE in a gelatin cap? It should not be punishment!

ROFL Kim.... I cringe too with GSE.... tell her ST in fresh juiced apple juice is a cinch. It does have a bit of a bite but take a swallow of pure apple juice right after she takes the ST version.

============================

If it gets rid of her migraines she may be more than willing to do it.

At least until you find and eliminate the cause.
