you bet. :)) It keeps dogs and cats out of the garbage also. Or off the furniture - or away from your shoes. Anything you don't want them to mess with. Hope it works for ya!

Hmm.. I'll try that one.

Thanks Becky

Yeah I have heard that Orange Peel is supposed to repel cats. Don't know if it works or not.

Yeah Amonia is good. I remember mum telling me that now. It actually gets rid of the scent where they have been weeing/pooing so they won't go back there again. Tracey

Are you sure about this? I’ve always thought ammonia attracted them to the spot, because cat pee kinda smells like ammonia. I thought it was the vinegar that neutralized the odor.

Did you just spray the vineger on the ground? I recently read that

you should soak newspaper in the vinegar and then put the newspaper on

the ground. I haven't tried it yet but need to to see if it would

keep the neighbor's cat out of my flower bed.

How about diluted cayenne tincture? I use the powder to keep various animals from under the house, moles from coming back through fresh holes, cats from pooping in the new mole-hills, stuff like that.

Not sure you saw my add

on to another subject on this.

If it’s dirt they are peeing in, try

laying down

chicken wire over the area and cover with some dirt. When they scratch

to dig a hole, their nail will get caught in it and they won’t like it.

Ammonia will attract them as it smells exactly

like pee to them. They might avoid

it right after the application, but not for long. Try those enzymes used to eat

bacteria in carpet then lay down some moth balls with your

chicken wire. Have also heard of people using wire mesh too.

Anything that will catch their claws and annoy them.
