Guest guest
Here is another reply! I'm Roy, 48 yr old male. MS since 31 yrs but not diagnosed until 2004! RRMS. I had been reduced to crutches and very short distances in 2005 and had very little releif. The day after the first LDN dose, I mowed my lawn. I had not been able to walk on uneven ground the week before. Since then, I have seen a variety of very slow improvements. Remember, nerve damage is the slowest healer in the body. I currently work 5 to 6 days a week and some long hours. The key to my ability is constant monitoring and good supplementation of vitamins and minerals. Blue green algae helps me a lot by reducing inflammation and I stay off of red meat and dairy as well as wheat products. Exercise and stretching are also critical. I have found that a good spine straightening session either by chiropractic or massage therapy works wonders. Cheers, Roy Robey PS attitude is everything. The happier I can remain, the better I feel.
