No actually, this formula is IF#1 not IC#1 so I apologize for the

discrepency there. IF#1 suggests to use either garlic or goldenseal

root. You will get much better result using both in the formula but can

do without the garlic. You can substitute Barberry for the Goldenseal if

you wish. This is what is used in IC#1, Doc's formula. However, best

would be to keep the garlic in there and add in goldenseal. Use powdered

garlic or dehydrate a whole bulb of garlic and powder it in your coffee

grinder or mortar and pestle.
