Hello all,

I have been on LDN for 6 months and I want to share my progress with the group.

I have had MS for 15 years, it is benign type and I have never used any traditional medicals. When I started LDN, my problems were a slight loss of balance when going down the stairs and fatigue when walking fast more than 800 m, especially my right leg. I am on the BBD, exercise regularly and take all the recommended supplements. I live a very active life.

My first fortnight on 3 mg of LDN has been great. After that, some old sensory symptoms came back and gradually disappeared. I tried to raise my dose to 4.5 mg twice, but I felt my legs slightly stiff and decided to stick with 3 mg. After that and for 4 months now, I have seen important improvements in my balance, strength and fatigue. I am able to walk fast an uninterrupted 2 km without feeling any difference between my two legs. I sleep more and deeper than ever and feel even more active and full of energy. During these 6 months I haven't caught any cold or suffered any allergy (as I used to sometimes in Spring). There have been some bad days but I had good reasons for that (extreme emotional stress/ fatigue). Last but not least: Every time I happened to stop taking my supplements for some days, I used to feel the difference. One week ago, I visited a new alternative doctor who practices bioenergy and he consulted me on supplements and a lot of other things. Before starting the new cure he gave me, I stoped taking all supplements for a week. I noticed no difference at all!

I am a heartful advocate of LDN in my country (Greece), I have introduced it to two alternative doctors and I am happy to announce that they have already proposed it to some of their patients who started using it.

This group has been of great help to me, both as it concerns experience and emotional support.

Best wishes for best health to everybody,

Katerina
