Guest guest
HI, Greg, My husband rides his bike for miles, and he does the Total Gym workout. He's a mailman and the exercise really helps him. Every now and then he'll have a bad day and has to go to bed for extra rest. Then he seems to rebound. in Va. Guest guest
Have you had your thyroid function tested? Many of the symptoms you describe can be due to low thyroid; however, it can be difficult to find a doctor to treat you accordingly. Doctors today only want to look at a blood test and pay little attention to patients talking about symptoms. They have a set range, and if you fall in it, they will blow you off -- or maybe tell you you're just " depressed. " Be determined, and find a doctor who will really listen. I suffered like this for a number of years, and then found a doctor who listened and put me on a low dose of Armour thyroid and iodine supplementation. It changed my life. I went from feeling like I was eighty years old (I had a very hard time staying awake past three in the afternoon, and if I allowed myself to sit for even a moment, I would doze off) to feeling young again. Things like Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Co Q 10, fish oil, and perhaps even Creatine could maybe help will your energy level, but get your thyroid evaluated first. I suggest a DO or other holistic practitioner. I never could get an MD to listen very well, but a DO saved me. I think my autoimmune hypothyroidism and chronic fatigue resulted from a horrible vaccine reaction (flu vaccine) when I was twenty-seven. I came close to death from the reaction. You may want to think twice about taking another vaccine as they are notorious for causing CFS. Hope this helps.
Guest guest
I firmly believe that CF is caused by mercury poisoning as in amalgam fillings and the preservative in vaccinations - thimerasol. Having amalgam fillings replaced is not the end of the story. Your thyroid, and adrenals along with other major organs (including liver) will have been effected by the mercury and you need to take time and unfortunately money to mend and heal these. Your digestive system as you know will have been detrimentally effected and this will take supplements and time to heal. You may be low on stomach acid and digestive enzymes as the mercury kills off all bodily enzymes including those in the liver especially Cytochrome P450. This will need to be replaced. I used mushroom supplements one of them was Coriolus. You'll need among other supplements Glutathione and L-cysteine to allow effective liver detoxification. I started my recovery with some wonderful aromatherapy massages which made me extremely unwell to begin with but removed a huge amount of toxins from my body and this eventually helped tremendously. Take a look at _www.noamalgam.com_ (http://www.noamalgam.com) for further info. Hope this has helped. Kindest Regards Barbie
Guest guest
For explanations of thyroid and adrenal conditions try " From Fatigued to Fantastic " by Teitelbaum. There are a couple doctors in Calgary who may treat these conditions if you are lucky enough to find them. Don't let any Calgary doctor talk you into any sort of heavy metal or mercury test or treatment of any sort whatsoever!! To test for heavy metal poisoning get an essential element hair test from Doctors Data Inc and use Andy Cutler's Hair Test Interpretation book (through this group) to interpret. Check any treatments with this group or the frequent dose chelation group. The tests and treatments that most doctors use end up causing irreversible worsening in most.
