LDN Capsules you don't need to keep them in the refrigerater. I keep mine up in my cabinet in the kitchen.

I still smoke but trying to quit because since starting LDN they taste nastier everyday.....I've been on LDN for 2 yrs and 9 months and still smoking....I know Bad Bad Girl....lol

Svetlana,

I hope LDN makes you feel good enough to quit

smoking. The chemicals they put into cigarette

tobacco are bad enough to really mess up your

immune system for a long time.

They sell drugs to help quit smoking. If it's a

hand/mouth habit those nicotine patches won't

help much. Cold turkey is the only to break it

as far as I know.

Crystal,

Just cold turkey those smokes ASAP so you don't wind up sucking in oxygen 24/7--360---like I do. Quite a pain to put up with aggravation of not being able to do things you always did. 2 weeks on LDN and I feel improvement. Of course I know it can't rebuild these old lungs but when you get some help you really appreciate it.

To answer your question directly, yes, you can smoke while using LDN.

Won't effect LDN's performance.

After being up to three packs a day, I quit smoking June 1993. Wasn't

easy to do, but one of the best things I ever did. That and divorcing

my first my wife.
