I have the spasticity and twitching as well. It did improve greatly but just recently came back and I can attribute this to having systemic candida. I can say this because I started the recommendations that rtee54 emailed and it is working! Thanks rte54!!!

By the way, I also take 4.5mg (since March 17, 07)

Hello,I have MS and take LDN 3mg. I started on 1.5mg and then went to 3mg.I'm doing good on 3mg and will stay on 3mg.With MS 4.5mg can be a problem with spacticity and muscle issues, I would drop to 3mg.Hope this helps.Good LuckSal>> Hello!
