Guest guest
This might explain why I felt so much worse on the days I tried DLPA. People with CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) have low levels of serotonin to begin with, and I take medication at bedtime to increase serotonin and dopamine. Thanks for passing this along. Sue <Im finding out now that DLPA is great for endorphins and pain but decreases overall serotonin levels. This creates a problem for me. I take Zoloft an SSRI to increase my serotonin levels to combat anxiety. Am I doing myself harm by using the DLPA . Seems counter-productive.>
