DLPA-phenylalanine Boosts endorphins but decreases Serotonin?!?!?

This is becomming overwheling...LOL...

Im just wondering how many people out there are taking DLPA along with

LDN to maximize endorphin levels?

Im finding out now that DLPA is great for endorphins and pain but

decreases overall serotonin levels. This creates a problem for me. I

take Zoloft an SSRI to increase my serotonin levels to combat anxiety.

Am I doing myself harm by using the DLPA . Seems counter-productive.

Anxiety is my #1 trigger for a CD flare.

Looking for comments or suggestions.

I just sent over everything I have saved on DLPA. There is another form you can take, but please research that as well. It is in a message buried in one of the e-mails I sent you.

Also, there is a warning not to take DLPA along with anti anxiety meds (or maybe it is depression meds). So please read through the info.

Please let us know if you find anything else out.

Dear Aletha,

I thought it's only not safe when you have high blood pressure? I

do take xanax and ativan to calm my anxiety or to help me sleep

better. Is DLPA safe with these meds?

If you have any post on DLPA not good with anti-anxiety meds, would

appreciate if you can also forward to me too.
