On Christmas Eve 2007 my wife had her right leg amputated after 4

surgeries trying to re-establish circulation. It was a good

decision to loose the leg rather than her life. This was doen in a

hospital about 1500 miles away from " home " when we were traveling in

our motorhome.

My wife has had Lupus for about 40 years. The effects of Lupus and

medications taken to keep it in control have led us to have numerous

Doctors and many medications, some with allergic reactions.

She has had a Medic Alert Bracelet, but i have always wondered

about, " did we pay for another years subscription? " And, " Is the

information up to date? "

SO I have been looking for a better method of being sure we have up

to date medical history information with us at all times. I have

finally found what I think is a great solution. It is capable of 1GB

of memory in a small package and complete with software. In it she

can keep personal information, Dr's names, phone numbers, etc.,

Diagnoses, medications being taken along with dosages, allergic

reactions and much more. EMT's and Dr's can access this by simply

plugging it into any computer with a USB socket and internet access.

As we have traveled and met very many wonderful RV'ers we have also

met many with medical conditions. These are people that could

benefit from this product.

If you would be interested in learning more about how this works,

please contact me personally, not through the group.
