Guest guest
My mother will be 61 this year and has been living with multiple sclerosis for over 20 years. She has taken the ABC treatments (Avonex, Betaseron, & Copaxone) with no success. I was hoping to recommend her to a physician/neurologist in the DC area that may be ammeanable to prescribing the LDN treatment. Any references? Guest guest
OJ, In addition to finding a physician to prescribe LDN, PLEASE also look into adjusting your mother's diet to improve the efficacy of the LDN. I don't think I would alone in recommending that diet suggestion. One book recommended to me by another LDN group member was "Healing Multiple Sclerosis" by Ann Boroch. I've been on the diet for a month and looking forward to starting the LDN next week. ~joni From: juicedc12 <juicedc12 (DOT) com>Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Physicians in the Washington, DC arealow dose naltrexoneDate: Tuesday, July 1, 2008, 1:50 AM My mother will be 61 this year and has been living with multiple sclerosis for over 20 years. Guest guest
Joni, Thanks 4 the advise and reading material. I will probably look up the book to also increase my knowledge about her diet.
