Probably 500-1000mg per day should work. You take it orally. It took probably 2 months to eliminate the hand warts, and slightly longer for the plantar warts. It took 3 weeks, I think, for the warts to dry up. Then, all I did was scrape them off of the skin with my fingernail like an old scab. I hope you get the same results!
