What we eat determines how clean our bodies are. Dairy is a very mucus forming food (cheese, milk, ice-cream, butter, etc). It is acid forming in the body and tends to make the body acidic. Cooking food also is very mucus forming. Both create a lot of mucus that the body tries to get rid of in any fashion it can. If she wishes to overcome this she might consider doing some fasting or juice cleansing, eliminating dairy from her diet and eating a more predominantly raw diet of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Lightly steamed veggies are fine. Any cooked food is dead food. Any processed food is dead food. This includes breads, dairy, pastas, preprocessed foods and junk foods. You are much better off not eating meat as it really is bad for the body. Mainly because we all eat meat cooked. Best would be to eat it raw if you have to eat it at all. As for her stomach pains, what all does she eat? The cleansing and fasting might just take care of that. She may have an ulcer or a hernia but without knowing more about her lifestyle and diet it is very difficult to say. She might try steaming her face to open up the pores. This will also help to remove the toxins that are being trapped there or stored there. If she has access to a sauna she should make use of it. These are really wonderful for helping and assisting in the removal of toxins from the body. If the nutrients are there after steaming then they are there before as well. And I firmly believe that the human body is more than capable of doing its own 'steaming' of the food we eat to extract any hidden nutrients. Lightly steaming would be like 3 - 5 minutes of light steaming and not a hard boil type steaming. I don't believe that frozen is better than fresh. Number one we have no way of knowing how long those veggies sat around before being " flash " frozen. We have no idea of whether they were premium grade " A " veggies or something less that would never make it in the supermarket as fresh. Best is to grow your own or buy from the local farmer. Anything else is a bit of a gamble. Still, I believe that fresh is better than frozen any day and organic is much preferred. >_________________________________________________ > >I think my daughter Cara's problem with her stomach is >nervous responses or allergenic in origin. A good cleansing and dietary change will do wonders for her problems including the sinuses and allergies. However, she has to want to improve. It is her choice. -- Peace, love and light, Don " Quai " Eitner " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Still, I have a long way to go. I am not finished cleansing. But this is only my story. Lots of people cleanse and have their own stories to tell. Best is to do it for yourself and find out what it can and will do for you. -- Peace, love and light, Don " Quai " Eitner " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
