Guest guest
In the FAQ it is stated that, we should not perform a DMSA challenge test? Why? What's the impact of it and is it harmful? Also, is giving low dose of DMSA every 3 to 4 hours is same as giving a single DMSA dose per day (with same mg amount)? What are the affects? wouldn't the same amount of mercury be coming out of the body? Is it just that, a single dose would put too much strain on the child's body versus multiple low doses? What other potentially harmful affect this can cause? I'm asking these questions, because I will be meeting with an alternate medicine doctor for starting mercury chelation on my son. Thanks!
