Take two parts of Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) and 1 part each of Agrimony (Agrimonia eupatoria) and Sweet Sumach (Rhus aromatica). Make into a tea and drink three times per day. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. You need to find the underlying cause and eliminate it before you are cured. Maybe it is just weak muscles, Kegel exercises work quite well for this. The urethra of a woman is only 1.5 inches long. In a man it is 6 to 8 inches long. This is why more women suffer incontinence then men. 1.5 inches isn't much to work with so it is very important to keep those muscles exercised. Yes men can be incontinent too and many are. Using the Rx and doing the exercises, hopefully you will get to a point where you won't need the Rx any more. Do keep up the exercises though. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
