Guest guest
Hi nne, I have had to wear really good shoes for most of my adult life. At least for my feet, I need a certain type of arch support, one that actually goes a little bit under the arch of the foot. Some shoes have arch supports that are just built into the inner side of the shoe and, to my feet, are no support at all. Some Nike shoes fit well and give my arch the support it needs to make my body comfortable. Last year, I discovered Dansko shoes, a brand which is said to be used by many doctors and nurses who are on their feet a lot. I bought a pair and love them! However, people's feet differ. My son who has an on-your-feet-all-day job loves Merrills. They weren't enough support for me, but he likes them best. Good luck in your shoe search, and I'd be interested to know what shoes end up working for you. TerriLynne nne wrote: Can anyone recommend a good walking shoe that would help with back pain?
