Those who've chelated an NT kid...we need help?

I have posted off an on about my 12 yr old Nt kid and the problems we

are having with depression and moods. She is on adrenal support, we

are working with an Integrative Ped (she does regular med and

homeopathy, Chinese med, holistic med) to determine what is going on

and what will help. She appears to have some endocrine problems as far

as I can see. The regular ped left off with her TSH being slightly

high, they'd recheck later. (3.04) So I perused this consult on my own

not wanting to wait till she ended up in a hospital at the age of 14.

The plan after an extensive evaluation is this:

They would like a psych eval to get a feel for the degree of her

depression.

The doc is planning to talk with an endocrinologist to see what they

think and what testing might be a good idea.

And of course coordinating with our regular ped on all this.

She says there is some homeopathy that will be helpful, but first

wants to determine what is physically going on that's contributing to

the depression, anxiety etc (adrenals,thyroid, etc).

Has anyone been down this road? My kid has had emotional issues like

this since about age 9 (she had 5 amalgams at that time), which is

what led us down this path and to the discovery of mercury and that

she is poisoned. We are chelating still with dmsa/ala and have her on

supplements. Including ACE. But, the depression..nothing seems to help

that anymore. So obviously, that's a concern. She does have numerous

physical symptoms that point to endocrine too.

I am just at a loss...obviously we don't want to medicate unless there

was imminent danger, the doctor felt that was not the case. But we

would like to find her relieve.

The doc will call back mid week about what she finds from consulting

with some endo's.

Any testing we should do? (already did saliva..it indicates adrenal

fatigue).

So those who have had a hard time chelating an older Nt kid or even

not an NT kid..just one who had a hard time with depression from their

mercury...I could use any advise..
