,

I don't know about strontium, but I would be sure to take vitamins d3

and k2 as well as calcium, and have a good supply of healthy fat.

My son was calcium toxic. I had to use a demineralizer to reduce the

toxicity. Then I had to add supps that are required for proper

absorption of calcium, which for my son were magnesium, vitamin D,

vitamin K, and lysine.

Hi ,

I just happened to run across a brief article on osteoperosis and

strontium by a doctor in a Canadian magazine. I couldn't find it on

the web, but I'd be happy to rip the article out and post it to you.

He gives some fairly helpful info--although you might have all of it

already.

If you'd like the article, just email me offline with your address

and I'll send it asap.

One effective treatment is addressing hypothyroidism. Low thyroid

causes the body not to use calcium to build bone, and instead you end

up breaking down bone.

Avoid fluoride, it is another cause of osteoporosis. Getting plenty of

calcium, Vitamin C, and vitamin K. Strontium and Boron..some other

trace minerals. Cod liver oil with X factor is good for building bone.

We use it to remineralize teeth. (Green Pastures makes it)
