LDN and multiple sclerosis. How long LDN states in our body?

Hello again.

I have a MS. I tried to take LDN- 4.5mm and 3.0 mg- but these doses

didn't help and I feel worse. Maybe I need to change my dose to 1.5mg.

I will do it in 3 days. How long this medication states in our body? I

take LDN every night.
