Guest guest
HI Is your name Vida ? Welcome to the group. Have you located the Candida Basics article in the files ? That is the best one to print of and follow step by step.. literally. To comment on what you are currently eating... Sunflower oil is out completely. The other fats you listed are fine. Raw Butter and Virgin Coconut oil are the best to eat by the tablespoon.. these will help with the candida and also give you the required fats for your body to run on. I can't help you with where to get the other fats you mentioned as I don't live in the US. I believe Kombucha is not good for us to have while dealing with candida... I am sure that is what Bee has stated before. You could do a search at the home site of the group form Kombucha and see what she stated about it as to the reasons why. in the UK On 8/29/07, Vida Khan <vidamarino@...> wrote: > > Hi guys, I've been reading through the files for a few days now and > I'm glad to say that I agree with everything because I have been > eating the Weston A. Guest guest
How long does it usually take before sleep disturbances to subside? If LDN is taken in the morning is it effective at all? Can you skip a dose of LDN once in a while to ensure a good nights rest or will it have adverse effects? Thanks!
