If she has not been having her blood checked, and her blood is too thin from the coumadin, Ginko could thin the blood even more, and cause a bleed. Hawthorn can affect blood pressure and arrythmias, so likewise, so if she is still on medications, you would not want to add this until you know what the situation is. The same would go for Linden. Please get the med situation straightened out first, because there could be interactions with her meds, or the herbals could potentiate the meds. I am not saying there is something wrong with the herbals, just that combination with the drugs could be dangerous.
