I give my kids Kid-E-Mins from Dr. 's I buy it from

www.herbsfirst.com I also give them Kid-E-Calc too for extra calcium

I read about the Kid-E-Min's that Dr. makes.. Do your

Children like to take it? I hear His Childrens products are pretty

good.

Hi Amy. Unless she has a very small stature she can take the same

supplements that you do and in the same doses.

If she is small, she can take 2/3rds of the doses you do, and the same

supplements.
