Guest guest
Andy, I have read the problem with using DMSA is it dumps all metal in the urine, putting a heavy burden on the kidney. I read on your book about the importance of keeping urine alkaline when using DMSA. I bought these PH strips http://www.iherb.com/ProductDetails.aspx?c=1 <http://www.iherb.com/ProductDetails.aspx?c=1 & pid=3621 & at=0> & pid=3621 & at=0 and i am planning on giving my daughter sodium bicarbonate as needed. I will be adding ALA also, but wanted to start with DMSA first. My question is " Is this approach some what safe? Do you have any other recommendations? Thanks ahead Leo

An incorrect conclusion due to not knowing enough about chemistry, physiology or heavy metal toxicity that many unknowledgeable people (a surprising number with health care licenses) draw. >I read on your book about the > importance of keeping urine alkaline when using DMSA. For cadmium. Not for other things. It won't hurt for other things but the only thing it is known to make a difference with is cadmium. > I bought these PH strips http://www.iherb.com/ProductDetails.aspx?c=1 > <http://www.iherb.com/ProductDetails.aspx?c=1 & pid=3621 & at=0> & pid=3621 & at=0 > and i am planning on giving my daughter sodium bicarbonate as needed. Continue to learn and ask questions, but don't worry. You're doing OK so far. Remember the most important thing is the frequent day and night adminstration. > Thanks ahead > > Leo > > > >
