I'm still trying to settle down and approach this with my own best judgement as well. Have decided to go ahead with the 2 weeks of Bactrim and start the diflucan protocol, but I'm more in favor of doing a holistic approach, so I'll just take it day by day right now. The problem with DAN! drs is that you cannot get a second opinion without paying a fortune (again) and my son's reg. ped. is useless.
