I would keep doing some juices while you're working your way back... stick to the veggies and fruits mostly, adding other food in a little at a time... starches are hard on your system coming off a cleanse.. same with fried foods. You just keep blah blahing to us ... we'll keep listening and be here for support... You're doing good.. and yes detoxing does take alot out of you if you are really over toxed... the more you do it the easier it becomes. I get so woosy sleepy on food and i curled up and slept for 4 hours!went to the chiro this morning and he muscle tested me. my liver is really weak right now.....over taxed. so i need to ease up as quickly as possible.
