Then slowly ease back into heavier foods. Personally, you would do much better just staying with juicing for now until you have gotten over this major detox and it will take as long as it takes. Your body is trying to tell you something here. Either it wishes to continue with the cleansing or it is telling you that you are switching back to the wrong kinds of foods too quickly. I understand your desire to share in the Thanksgiving meal and to enjoy but your body is going to not like it very much. If you are going to do this try to eat as much raw as possible, do not indulge in sweets, dairy or greasy foods. It is a decision you have to contend with here. To enjoy the meal or continue with allowing my body to heal. There will be a price to pay if you go with the meal. You are already finding that out through sampling. Go with the cleansing and juicing and when your body tells you it is really happy then ease yourself back into eating a mucusless diet of raw fruits and green leafy vegetables and then have a real Thanksgiving of regained health. Peace be with you Bev and if you don't get to enjoy this Thanksgiving meal, that is because there is a much better one waiting for you down the road a bit. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
